2016 UNDERWAY WITH RUNNING OF CHILI BOWL

30 January in Jac, Schedule Update, Sheldon

The 2016 season has officially been given the green flag as both Jac and Sheldon participated in the 30th running of the Chili Bowl Nationals in Tulsa, OK this month. Both drivers were exceptionally competitive in the field of over 300 midget entries!  If not for some bad luck of hitting a restart cone, it's quite plausible that Sheldon would have finished on the podium of his qualifying night and locked himself in the Saturday night Feature event. As it was,...

FORMER OWNER JACK ELDEN PASSES

08 March in Jac

We are deeply saddened by the loss of former Sprint Car owner and very dear friend, Jack Elden.  It was Elden who assembled one of the most recognized and winningest teams of the 1990's.  An 8-year relationship with driver Jac Haudenschild produced wins from coast to coast on the World of Outlaws tour, many coming aboard the now famous #22 car that carried the bright yellow colors of Pennzoil. Elden saw his team as more than just employees. He considered them family...

(From Valvoline Raceway Facebook Page) It's confirmed that Sheldon Haudenschild is going to throw his helmet bag into the suitcase when he comes down under with Dad Jac Haudenschild for our International Season. If any car owners might be interested in putting Sheldon in a ride he's a gasser like his old man and how cool would it be to have them both in cars? Let us know if you're interested...

WILD CHILD MAKING RETURN TO AUSTRALIA

29 November in Australia, Jac

(courtesy http://www.premierspeedway.com.au/) The recent theme of competitors nominating for the 2015 Lucas Oil Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic has been that of returning champions, Kaeding (2014), Lines (2011 & 2013) and Loudoun (2012) to name just a few prior champions at this juncture. So what if we throw into the mix the 1981 & 1982 Classic Champ? That’s right the man universally known as ‘The Wild Child’ Jac Haudenschild will be returning to Warrnambool. Having raced Sprintcars with and against the best of...

Thanks for your patience as we continue to develop and release our new website for the 2015 racing season.  We didn't necessarily want to release a partial website but we had so many requests for merchandise that we wanted to at least get that back up and running online for upcoming holiday season.  Thanks again for your patience and continue to check back for new content!...
